About Atayese Group:
Established in 2013, Atayese Group is a community-based non-profit dedicated to improving lives through health, education, and social welfare initiatives — guided by the Yoruba value “Àtayéṣé – Àjumọṣe ni” (collective progress).
The Atayese Group, founded by Dr. Adeolu Olusodo, will celebrate its 12th Anniversary and Fundraising Event on Friday, 17th October 2025, at Atayese Academy Compound, Odogbolu, by 2:00 PM.
The milestone event will reflect on twelve years of impactful service in healthcare, education, and community development across Ogun, Lagos, and Oyo States.
As part of its new phase of growth, the group is targeting ₦25 million to establish the Atayese E-Library & CBT Centre — to help Odogbolu students take WAEC and JAMB exams locally — and to expand its Model Health Insurance Scheme, providing affordable healthcare for more residents.
Dr. Olusodo emphasized the group’s mission, saying:
“We’ve seen how consistent community action transforms lives. This anniversary is an invitation for everyone to join in building a future where no student or family is left behind.”
Distinguished guests, philanthropists, and development partners are expected at the event, which will feature a prominent Odogbolu-born Nigerian as Chief Launcher.
