Odogbolu, Ogun State — The Oloolu-in-Council, Igboki, Imosan-Ijebu, has expressed deep appreciation to the Executive Chairman of Odogbolu Local Government, Hon. (Dr.) Babatunde Oyetola Diya, for his timely and decisive intervention in the recent dispute surrounding the Oloolu’s Certificate of Recognition.
In a statement signed by High Chief Bashiru Adekunle Oduneye, Oloolu Igboki Imosan-Ijebu, the council described the Chairman’s action as bold, just, and reassuring, noting that it has brought relief and restored calm within the Igboki community.
The council praised the reinstatement of the Certificate of Recognition, describing it as a clear demonstration of the Chairman’s commitment to justice, fairness, the rule of law, and the protection of individual and communal rights.
According to the statement, the intervention aligns with the current administration’s track record of promoting peace, stability, growth, and development across Odogbolu Local Government since its inception.
