Ballon d’Or: NFF Celebrates Nnadozie and Madugu

0

The Nigeria Football Federation has congratulated Super Falcons and Brighton and Hove Albion’s goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie on her fourth-place finish at this year’s Ballon d’Or ceremony in Paris on Monday night.

Ademola Olajire, Head of NFF’s Media and Communications department, stated this in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja.

Nnadozie, who has been Africa’s Best Goalkeeper for the past two years, was also named Goalkeeper of the tournament for this summer’s Women Africa Cup of Nations finals in Morocco.

She played a key role in Nigeria’s 10th triumph at WAFCON.

We heartily congratulate Nnadozie on her fourth-place finish in the race. It is a commendable feat given the calibre of goalkeepers she was up against.

“Finishing fourth is a big achievement, and we believe in her capacity to win this trophy very soon,” NFF General Secretary Mohammed Sanusi said.

Sanusi also gave kudos to Super Falcons’ Head Coach Justine Madugu, who also finished fourth in the Women’s Coach of the Year category.

Fusengbuwa Ruling House Sues Owoyemi For Alleged Impersonation As Olori-Eb

Fusengbuwa Ruling House Sues Owoyemi For Alleged Impersonation As Olori-Ebi

The Fusengbuwa Ruling House of Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, next in line to present a candidate for the Awujale throne has filed a lawsuit against Otunba Abdulateef Adebayo Owoyemi over alleged impersonation as the Olori-Ebi (head) of the family.

In a suit lodged at the Ijebu-Ode High Court on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the Olori-Ebi, Otunba Ajidagba Adedokun, accused Owoyemi of unlawfully parading himself as the family’s head, contrary to a previous ruling of Ijebu-Ode High Court II before Justice Asenuga.

The claimants include Adedokun of the Adeberu royal family, Prince Adeleke Adeyemi of the Olufadi royal family, and Prince Ademola Sonaya of the Ayora/Tunwase royal family; all under the Fusengbuwa lineage.

Adedokun asserted that Owoyemi has no ancestral link to the Ile-Nla compound in Agunsebi, the historic seat of the Fusengbuwa house. He listed the ruling house’s eight recognized branches as Olufadi, Ayora/Tunwase, Shenowo, Okuyandewo, Oshinuga, Adekenu, Adebiyi, and Adeberu.

He further claimed that Owoyemi hails from Ikoro-Ekiti and not Ijebu-Ode, a position allegedly affirmed by the late Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona. Adedokun said his own appointment as Olori-Ebi was ratified on November 23, 2023, with official notification sent to the Ogun State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and to the late monarch.

Speaking to journalists after filing the court documents, Adedokun maintained that the suit aims to stop impersonation.

“Fusengbuwa Ruling House is rooted in Agunsebi Ile-Nla, Ijebu-Ode, no one can rewrite that history,” he said. “Chief Lateef Owoyemi admitted in open court before Justice Asenuga that he is from Ikoro-Ekiti. He has no claim to the Fusengbuwa headship.”

The claimants are asking the court to restrain Owoyemi from presenting himself as Olori-Ebi of the Fusengbuwa Ruling House and to enforce earlier court directives on the matter.

Bet9ja Supports Remo Stars in CAF Champions League Quest

0

Leading betting company Bet9ja has announced a headline partnership with reigning NPFL champions Remo Stars as the club sets its sights on becoming the first Nigerian side since Enyimba in 2004 to win the CAF Champions League.

The partnership represents a significant investment in Nigerian football as Remo Stars prepare to defend their league crown while pursuing continental glory.

From a grassroots academy in Ikenne to lifting the NPFL trophy in 2024/25, Remo Stars have demonstrated what youth-driven football can achieve. Now, with Bet9ja’s financial backing, the club is targeting an even more ambitious goal.

Football is the heart of many young people in Nigeria,” said Jennifer Olatunji, Senior Marketing Manager at Bet9ja.

“Our investment in Remo Stars is a way of investing in local talent and building a world-class future for Nigerian football and its rising stars.”

The partnership extends beyond football, with Bet9ja also backing Moses Itauma, the boxing prodigy already tipped as a future world heavyweight champion. The company’s dual investment in both the Ikenne-based club and the young fighter reflects a broader commitment to nurturing homegrown talent.

Remo Stars’ journey from academy level to NPFL champions has been remarkable, built on a foundation of developing young Nigerian players rather than relying heavily on foreign imports. This philosophy aligns perfectly with Bet9ja’s vision of creating sustainable pathways for Nigerian sporting excellence.

The CAF Champions League represents the ultimate test for Remo Stars, with no Nigerian club having lifted the continental trophy since Enyimba’s back-to-back triumphs in 2003 and 2004. The 21-year drought has been a source of frustration for Nigerian football, despite the country’s rich talent pool.

Bet9ja’s intervention is designed to address the systemic challenges that have plagued Nigerian football, including financial instability, inadequate infrastructure, and the early exodus of talent to foreign leagues.

By aligning with both Remo Stars and Itauma, Bet9ja is building foundations to ensure young Nigerians find the resources, facilities, and belief to succeed at home rather than seeking opportunities abroad exclusively.

The partnership comes at a crucial time for Remo Stars as they prepare for their CAF Champions League campaign. The financial backing provides stability and resources necessary to compete at the continental level while maintaining their domestic success.

For Nigerian football fans, the partnership represents hope that homegrown clubs can once again compete with Africa’s elite. The last two decades have seen North African clubs, particularly from Egypt and Morocco, dominate the CAF Champions League.

Remo Stars’ youth-centric approach, combined with Bet9ja’s investment, could provide a blueprint for sustainable success in Nigerian football. The model focuses on developing local talent while ensuring clubs have the financial stability to retain their best players.

As Remo Stars embark on their continental journey, they carry not just the hopes of their Ikenne community but the aspirations of Nigerian football to reclaim its place among Africa’s champions.

Awujale: Mabadeje Sends Open Letter To Fusengbuwa Ruling House

  • …appeals for Unity and Harmonisation

The chairman of the four ruling houses that produce the Awujale of Ijebuland in Ijebu-Ode, Prince Mabadeje Alaga, who also serves as Olori-Ebi of the Anikilaya Ruling House, has appealed to the two factions of the Fusengbuwa Ruling House to reconcile and work together toward a common goal.

In an open letter released to journalists on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, and personally signed by him, Prince Mabadeje urged unity within the Fusengbuwa family. The letter, titled “A Candid Appeal To Fusengbuwa Ruling House,” was copied to Prince Adedokun Ajidagba and Chief Lateef Owoyemi, both prominent members of the Fusengbuwa lineage.

The statement reads in part:

My dear Princes and Chief,

“I, Alhaji Prince Taheeb Mabadeje Alaga, Head of the Anikilaya Ruling House and Chairman of the Ijebu-Ode Four Ruling Houses, write this open letter with the deepest sense of duty and love for our heritage.

“It saddens me to hear of the present disagreement within the Fusengbuwa Ruling House, our next ruling house to produce the Awujale of Ijebuland; following the glorious reign and recent passing of our beloved Awujale, Oba (Dr.) S. K. Adetona, himself of our Anikilaya Ogbagba family, where I humbly serve as Olori Ebi.

“I have known Prince Adedokun Ajidagba for more than forty years, and I have also long known Chief Lateef Owoyemi. Though our paths have not always intertwined, I hold you both in high regard.

“By the mercy of Almighty Allah, I am blessed to be eighty-two years of age. At this stage of life, truth is my only guide; I have no cause to bend or compromise it. My earnest counsel is that unity must prevail. The Fusengbuwa family is large and richly blessed, and no ancestor would rejoice to see his children divided over a seat of leadership.

“We all witnessed the peace and dignity that marked the tenure of our late Awujale. Let us honour that example. I implore the Fusengbuwa Ruling House to deliberate together and present a worthy, consensus candidate for the revered stool of the Awujale of Ijebuland.

“A people without memory of history are easily lost. Today’s actions will be tomorrow’s record. May our contributions be remembered for wisdom, not discord.

“Therefore, I humbly and prayerfully appeal to you both and to all concerned factions to reconcile and unite for the sake of our descendants and to the glory of our ancestors. History will never forget the commitment you show in this moment.

“This is my plea, spoken as a brother and elder of a family; may Almighty Allah guide your hearts and grant you the wisdom to act in peace.

“With profound respect and blessings”,

Awujale: Ijebu-Ode Ruling Houses Back Ajidagba’s Leadership

The Anikilaya and Gbelegbuwa ruling houses of Ijebu-Ode have declared their support for Prince Adedokun Ajidagba as the Olori-Ebi (family head) of the Fusengbuwa ruling house.

Prince Taheeb Mabadeje Alaga, head of the Anikilaya ruling house and chairman of the four ruling houses in Ijebu-Ode, and Alhaji Adelagun Anibi, secretary of the Gbelegbuwa ruling house, expressed their endorsement in separate interviews with journalists on Saturday.

They affirmed that Prince Ajidagba, alongside Prince Adeleke Adeyemi, the general secretary of the four ruling houses has long been performing the roles of Olori-Ebi and family secretary, even before the passing of the late Oba S.K. Adetona of the Ogbagba Anikilaya ruling house.

Prince Mabadeje recalled that a court had earlier ruled against Chief Lateef Owoyemi before Ajidagba’s confirmation as Olori-Ebi. He noted that their fathers held joint meetings of the four ruling houses decades ago and that he and Ajidagba are continuing in those footsteps.

According to him, “I have known Prince Adedokun Ajidagba for more than 40 years, our fathers were both members of the Anikilaya and Fusengbuwa ruling houses. I am 82years old with a solid Muslim background; I cannot see black and call it white. When our fathers held their meetings, we never imagined it would come to this stage.”

Mabadeje added that the late Awujale, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona, had rejected Chief Owoyemi’s claim to the Fusengbuwa family in a court ruling. “The records are there, Ajidagba has been functioning as Olori-Ebi of Fusengbuwa long before the death of Oba Adetona. Owoyemi’s father never attended our general family meetings.

“As chairman of the four ruling houses in Ijebu-Ode, I unequivocally recognize Prince Adedokun Ajidagba as the authentic Olori-Ebi of the Fusengbuwa ruling house. I cannot bend the truth,” Mabadeje stated.

He urged the state government and the Afobaje (kingmakers) to remain neutral and allow the family to choose a qualified candidate. “The government should not intervene in family matters, the family must present a viable candidate with deep roots, not a moneybag or outsider.” – Alaga said.

Alhaji Akeem Adelagun Anibi, secretary of the Gbelegbuwa ruling house echoed his support, saying the four ruling houses have been meeting together with Chief Ajidagba and Prince Adeleke as secretary. “During the recent ‘gbedu’ drum ceremony, the other three families; Gbelegbuwa, Fidipote and Anikilaya were present to honour them.

“Fusengbuwa family is undeniably connected to the Agunsebi Ile-Nla compound. I do not understand how someone from Idowa can claim to be Olori-Ebi in Ijebu-Ode. I regard him as an impostor.

“We have consistently supported Prince Adedokun Ajidagba since his emergence as Olori-Ebi of the Fusengbuwa ruling house, and we stand firmly behind him to present a credible candidate for the Awujale’s chieftaincy title.” – Alhaji Anibi asserted.

Irete Community Set For 4th Coronation Anniversary

  • …Gov. Abiodun, Ijebu Monarchs, Others To Grace Occasion

The ancient town of Irete-Ijebu in Ogun State is abuzz with preparations for the 4th Coronation Anniversary of its monarch, Oba Dr. Olusegun Awokoya-Yesufu, the Onirete of Irete-Ijebu, scheduled for October 2nd–4th, 2025.

Speaking at a press conference in his palace on Friday, Oba Awokoya-Yesufu said the anniversary will not only showcase Irete’s rich cultural heritage but also highlight the community’s progress during his reign. He called on all indigenes, both at home and in the diaspora, to participate actively in the celebrations.

The three-day programme begins Thursday, October 2nd, with traditional rites and cultural activities, including the historic Gbedu Drum dance led by the Onirete himself. On Friday, October 3rd, a special Jummat service will hold at the Central Mosque, while the grand-finale on Saturday, October 4th, will feature the installation of high-profile chiefs, including the Otunba Jadiara of Irete, the Yeye Otunba Jadiara of Irete, and the Iyalode of Irete.

Dignitaries expected include traditional rulers from within and outside Nigeria, prominent honourary chiefs, political leaders, and guests such as Ogun State Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun and Ijebu royal fathers.

Oba Awokoya-Yesufu recounted key developmental strides achieved since his ascension, including the installation of solar-powered streetlights, rehabilitation of the community’s electricity transformer, construction of Irete’s first modern market, and the grading and opening of roads to boost commerce and mobility. He also unveiled plans for a standard hospital, a community mini-hospital, and an ICT centre in partnership with the Oba Sikiru Adetona College of Education.

The monarch expressed gratitude to Governor Abiodun for ongoing road and solar-lighting projects but appealed for additional government presence in the form of more primary and secondary schools, a full-scale hospital, and youth employment opportunities. He also commended Hon. Babatunde Diya, the local government chairman, for providing 20 solar lights to the community and promising more.

Reaffirming Irete’s independence, Oba Awokoya-Yesufu traced the town’s ancestry to Owa Otutubiosun, Dagburewe of Idowa in 1540, noting that Irete predates neighbouring Omu, which was settled in the 18th century.

“Irete is the home of the original Ijebus,” he said. “We share family ties with Omu and Odojobore, but Irete stands distinct and has always been independent.”

Beyond infrastructure, the Onirete highlighted the palace’s support for indigenes through scholarships and tuition aid for students, employment opportunities for youths, and soft loans for women to boost small-scale businesses. He expressed optimism that the anniversary would be both historic and impactful and invited all sons and daughters of Irete worldwide to join the celebration.

The monarch also paid tribute to the late Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona, and the late Dagburewe of Idowa, Oba Adekoya, crediting them for helping secure a coronet status for Irete.

Also speaking at the conference, the Dagburewe of Idowa, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adefuwape, reaffirmed the historic ties between the two towns and praised the Onirete’s infrastructural achievements. He urged communities to strengthen grassroots vigilance, noting that government cannot do it alone.

Otunba Dosumu Saheed, pioneer chairman of Anowoneyo ACDC, lauded the monarch’s efforts in security and community growth, highlighting that Irete now boasts 73 Community Development Associations, a remarkable rise from just two at the start of Oba Awokoya-Yesufu’s reign.

Awujale: Fusengbuwa Ruling House Declares Members of Screening Committee

Awujale: Fusengbuwa Ruling House Declares Members of Screening Committee

The Fusengbuwa Ruling House of Ijebuland has announced the formation of a screening committee to evaluate aspirants for the throne of the Awujale of Ijebuland.

This follows the Ogun State Government’s recent inauguration of an 11-member administrative council to oversee the affairs of Ijebu-Ode until a new Awujale is installed.

Speaking at a press conference held on Wednesday at the Ile-Nla compound in Agunsebi, Ijebu-Ode, the head of the Fusengbuwa Ruling House, Chief Adedokun Ajidagba, described the development as historic.

“I am a child of history, and when I speak, I speak with authority. At 81, I remain firmly grounded in the history and records of our family. That is what we stand for,” Ajidagba said.

He recalled that in 1983, the Fusengbuwa family presented candidates to the then Ogun State Government under Chief Bisi Onabanjo, with the names publicly published in the Sketch newspaper. He noted that history was repeating itself with the house once again producing aspirants for the Awujale stool.

Ajidagba also expressed appreciation to the Ogun State Government for setting up the interim administrative team for Ijebu-Ode. He emphasized that the newly constituted screening committee would play a crucial role in presenting qualified candidates.

“We do not need to wait until the Afobajes summon us before preparing our candidate. The Ogun State Government, under Prince Dapo Abiodun, has already set up an administrative committee headed by Dr. Sonny Kuku.

“In line with this, we have established our screening committee to ensure that only credible princes are presented. The stool of the Awujale is not just any position; it is paramount, and the whole world is watching,” he said.

Also speaking, Alhaji Taheeb Mabadeje Alaga, head of the Anikilaya Ruling House, commended Chief Ajidagba’s leadership, saying; “We cannot fold our arms and allow injustice to prevail. The remaining three ruling houses are fully behind this team.”

Similarly, Alhaji Adelagun Anibi, secretary of the Gbelegbuwa Ruling House, affirmed his house’s support for Ajidagba’s leadership.

In his remarks, Prince Tolu Ogidan stressed that not every prince is destined to be king. “Some are born to lead, while others are born to be crowned. Government cannot choose for us when the time comes. We are here to support our family and uphold history,” he said.

The press conference was modestly attended by members of the Fusengbuwa family as well as representatives of the Anikilaya and Gbelegbuwa ruling houses.

Physician Advises Nigerians to Reduce Energy Drink Consumption

0

A Family Physician, Dr Olufunmilayo Ogunsanya, has warned Nigerians against excessive consumption of energy drinks, saying they pose serious health risks that could lead to death.

Speaking on the dangers of the products, the physician, popularly known as #OurFavOnlineDoc on X, explained that most energy drinks are loaded with glucose and caffeine, which temporarily boost energy and alertness but can also trigger severe medical complications.

“Generally, energy drinks are pumped with glucose and caffeine, among other things. The high glucose gives you energy, and the high caffeine is a stimulant that keeps you alert and energised,” Ogunsanya said in a post on his social media handle.

He, however, cautioned that the downsides of high caffeine intake are often overlooked.

“High caffeine can be very harsh on your stomach, worsen or trigger stomach ulcers, and cause stomach pains in some people when they take energy drinks,” he said.

The physician further warned that caffeine overstimulates the heart, leading to irregular heartbeat, headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, and, in extreme cases, collapse.

“The same high caffeine can cause your heart to overwork, make your heart rate go faster, and give you an irregular heartbeat. This can cause headache, low blood pressure, dizziness, blurred vision, chest pain, and you can collapse. This could even be far worse if you already have unknown heart problems,” Ogunsanya noted.

According to him, while some people treat energy drinks as harmless fun, the risks are grave, especially when mixed with alcohol.

“Energy drinks are not ‘harmless fun’. Especially the ones that contain or when you take them with alcohol. You are on the fast highway to ending your life. Excessive energy drink use can kill you,” he warned.

Ogunsanya advised Nigerians to either avoid energy drinks completely or, at the very least, limit intake to a single can daily.

“That’s why I generally advise people to avoid energy drinks – and if you must take them, never take more than one can a day,” he stressed.

Reckless Borrowing: LP Commends Speaker Abbas, Criticizes Akpabio

0

The Labour Party faction loyal to Nenadi Usman has commended Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas, for openly warning that President Bola Tinubu’s heavy borrowing is steering the country into “dangerous waters.”

In a statement on Tuesday, the party’s National Publicity Secretary (Interim), Tony Akeni, challenged Senate President Godswill Akpabio to set aside partisanship and join calls to stop reckless borrowings.

Akeni cited Nigeria’s debt-to-GDP ratio to explain the urgency of the situation.

“In just the first three months of 2025, Nigeria’s debt stock skyrocketed from ₦121.7 trillion to ₦149.39 trillion. This pushed the debt-to-GDP ratio to 52%—well above the 40% ceiling set by law.”

He added that, “within nine months, ₦8.93 trillion, or 61% of total government revenue, was swallowed by debt servicing.

“These figures are not mere statistics. They are a death sentence on the economic future of Nigerians, both living and unborn. For Speaker Abbas, an APC leader, to admit this much shows how unsustainable Tinubu’s borrowing has become.”

While noting that Abbas had previously been involved in approving loans, the scribe argued his recent intervention should be seen as a corrective step.

The statement warned Senate President Akpabio against allowing the upper chamber to act as “a rubber stamp for the Executive,” saying history would not absolve leaders who help “mortgage the destiny of this nation.”

The LP insisted that any new loan proposal without a clear, measurable plan for infrastructure, economic growth, and social impact must be rejected outright.

“Nigeria cannot continue piling up debts just to fund waste, luxury, and political patronage. The time to put Nigeria first is now,” the statement added.

Abbas, while presenting at the West Africa Association of Public Accounts Committees conference on Monday, expressed concerns that Nigeria’s debt had reached “a critical point” and called for urgent reforms in borrowing practices and oversight.

However, the Speaker later in a rebuttal by his Special Adviser on New Media, Jowosimi Enitan, denied reports that he condemned government borrowing.

“The Speaker’s call was not against borrowing, but for stronger oversight, transparency, and accountability so that debt translates into real development—roads, schools, hospitals, and innovation,” Enitan stated.

W’Cup Qualifiers: Super Eagles Defeat Rwanda 1-0 to Boost Qualification Hopes

0

In a high-stakes 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Nigeria secured a vital 1–0 victory over Rwanda, breathing new life into their qualification hopes.

The only goal of the match came in the 51st minute when Tolu Arokodare capitalized on a loose ball in the penalty area, slotting it past Rwanda’s goalkeeper to give Nigeria a crucial lead.

The first half ended goalless, with both teams cautious in their approach. Nigeria’s defense, marshalled by Calvin Bassey, held firm despite Rwanda’s tactical shifts in the second half.

Nigeria suffered a blow as star striker Victor Osimhen limped off in the first half, replaced by Cyril Dessers. Despite the setback, the Super Eagles maintained pressure to secure the vital win.

The victory moves Nigeria to 10 points from 7 matches in Group C, while Rwanda remains on 8 points, making the race for World Cup qualification even tighter.

Fans reacted passionately on social media platforms, with many praising the team’s resilience and expressing concern over Osimhen’s injury.

Looking ahead, Nigeria will aim to build on this momentum in their upcoming fixtures to secure a spot at the 2026 World Cup.

Fusengbuwa Secretary, Adeleke Reaffirms Ajidagba’s Leadership As Olori-Ebi

The Secretary of the Fusengbuwa Ruling House in Ijebu-Ode, Prince Adeleke Adeyemi, who also serves as General Secretary of the four ruling houses in Ijebu-Ode that produce the Awujale of Ijebuland, has reaffirmed the family’s position as it relates to the Olori-Ebi, Prince Otunba Adedokun Ajidagba, stressing that his leadership is fully backed by historical records and legal pronouncements.

Prince Adeleke declared that the family remains in harmony and resolute and will not be distracted, noting that Olori-Ebi Otunba Ajidagba is backed by valid records.

Speaking during an interactive session with journalists at his Onirungba office in Ijebu-Ode on Saturday, Adeleke maintained that Otunba Ajidagba remains the Olori-Ebi (head) of the Fusengbuwa Ruling House.

“I have said this repeatedly, our family has the backing of history and facts preserved by our forefathers at Ilenla Compound, Agunsebi. These facts are indisputable,” he stated.

He emphasized that the family’s position is supported by archival records, official certifications, and court rulings, all of which, under Ajidagba’s leadership, aim to preserve the family’s heritage and ensure clarity in succession matters for future generations.

According to him, these documents have been carefully preserved in the family archives and are now being shared publicly to dispel doubts and strengthen unity within the ruling house. Among the notable documents Adeleke listed are: (1). Affirmation certificate issued by the Ijebu-Ode Local Government. (2). Court judgment delivered by Justice A.O. Asenuga of the Ijebu-Ode High Court, ruling in favor of the 2nd to 5th claimants and against the selection of Otunba Lateef Owoyemi as Olori-Ebi due to questions over his lineage. (3). Membership card indicating Ilenla Compound, Agunsebi, as the root of the Fusengbuwa Ruling House. (4). Appreciation letter from former Ogun State Governor, Otunba Gbenga Daniel (2018), to the late Prince Adebisi Adeyemi, a former Olori-Ebi. (5). Correspondence from the Awujale and Paramount Ruler of Ijebuland, Oba S.K. Adetona, to the late Prince Adebisi Adeyemi on important family assignments. (6). Letters of solidarity from the other three ruling houses in Ijebu-Ode for annual family prayers and gatherings. (7). Official appointment letter from the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs (November 22, 2023) recognizing Prince Ajidagba as Olori-Ebi. (8). Notice of appointment of Prince Ajidagba as Olori-Ebi sent to the Executive Chairman of Ijebu-Ode Local Government. (9). Notice of appointment of Prince Ajidagba as Olori-Ebi sent to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs. (10). Family registration certificate issued by the local government in April 2022.

Prince Adeleke noted further that the family records establish a strong historical and legal foundation for the Ajidagba-led leadership of the Fusengbuwa Ruling House.

He added that the harmony of judicial pronouncements, royal recognition, and government certification ensures that the leadership of Prince Otunba Adedokun Ajidagba is both legitimate and enduring.

“Our father and leader, Prince Ajidagba, represents not just the present leadership of the Fusengbuwa family, but a secured legacy for generations to come,” he asserted.
